Digital Delivery Policy
For any product, here is how it works:
- You click the link to purchase the product from the sales page;
- You will be taken to a registration form to complete your purchase details – if you are a firm purchasing for a staff member, you should use their email address as it will become their login username;
- Select your payment method;
- Process using your payment method.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
If your payment or card is declined, you will not receive access to the product.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
If your payment is immediately processed, then you will also receive confirmation of your access or login details immediately upon payment and shortly after by email.
If you wish to query the non-delivery of a product, or if something you have ordered is inaccessible for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com
Refund, Returns and Terms
Because of the immediately consumable online nature of ebooks we generally do not offer refunds unless required by law or otherwise specified in the sales material. For that reason, please select carefully before purchasing an ebook from our site. We try to provide detailed and accurate information about all of our products to ensure that you are making informed purchasing decisions.
Generally, for book purchases I will direct you to Amazon to complete the purchase there, at which point their terms and conditions apply.
Consulting is by specific agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, consulting will be on a monthly retainer (payments each 30 days), payable in advance, and can be cancelled by either of us at any time prior to the conclusion of a payment period.
The scope of the consulting retainer will be by agreement.
Courses (including the Lawyer’s Academy 3.0)
Each course sales page will provide the details of any refund offer or money back guarantee that we offer with that course.
Any refund request must be received before the days specified in the offer have passed. So, for example, if you buy a course with a 7 day money back guarantee on Monday at 1:00pm, then your request must be received by Monday the following week at 12:59pm.
Courses are delivered electronically and you will require internet access in order to access the course materials. Some course materials can be downloaded, but not all.
Outside any money back guarantee provided on the sales page, generally no refunds are offered unless required by law.
If Things are Broken
If for some reason you purchase a product and cannot access it (for example, if an audio course is not loading the audio for you, or if you do not receive a download link to your ebook) then we will offer a refund if the problem cannot be rectified within 7 days of you notifying us.
If you are having problems accessing anything you have purchased please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe in detail the problem, and we will attempt to offer a solution as quickly as possible or, otherwise, offer you a refund.
If you believe you have been the victim of credit card fraud or your details have improperly been used to purchase anything from our site, please at first instance contact your credit card provider or PayPal and notify them of your concern.
